In China, it is legal to eat cats and dogs. Even so, ordinary people reacted with alarm this week as news broke of a Chinese man caught with 500 cats, crowded into tiny cages, which he intended to sell to restaurants.

The man had used sparrows and caged birds to lure both stray cats and domestic ones in the city of Jiujiang in southern Jiangsu province, the 163.com and news.ifeng.com websites reported.

The man usually sold the cats for about 30 yuan ($4.40) each, the report said, citing a local policeman.

As I always say, why make up a story when the truth is almost always weirder.

I had not prepared anything else,” continues Mouly, who launched a cartoon newspaper called Resist in response to President Donald Trump’s victory. “Eventually the sense of dread that crept among the few colleagues still in the office eventually overwhelmed me, and I left.”

President Donald Trump, who based his insurgent campaign heavily on an anti-immigration platform, might end up enacting legislative amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants as his first major accomplishment.

Or, according to the LA Times, maybe it will work out, “Dealing with Democrats? Protecting ‘Dreamers’? Here in Arizona that’s just fine with these Trump supporters. ”

But as Trump shifted this week to a softer approach on the young immigrants in legal limbo through no fault of their own, many of his most die-hard supporters moved right along with him — among them Arpaio, who was ousted in November by voters tired of his inflammatory approach.

Regardless of your point of view, a few of Don’s Juan Memes are still good for some guilty ‘non-politically correct’ fun.

Give Hillary the “David Duke” Test

As reported by the Gateway Pundit, a ‘Yuuge’ Hillary supporter and Antifa Protester was arrested at UC Berkeley on a ‘Banned Weapons Charge’ during the far left Antifa riots protesting conservative Ben Shapiro’s speech Thursday night.

As evidenced by the photo, Hillary and the AntiFa protester, Sarah Roark, have more than a casual acquaintance.

As shown here, even Ms. Roark’s Facebook page was centered on Hillary Clinton.  Therefore, it would not be unreasonable to demand that Hillary condemn the actions and repudiate the support that Ms. Roark has given her.  That’s the ‘David Duke‘ test.

If Ms. Clinton fails to condemn her and fails to repudiate the support of anyone affiliated with the violent AntiFa movement, then Ms. Clinton is no better than an AntiFa herself. That’s Liberal Logic 101, is it not?
