Time brings us “The 9 Rules of Every Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner Cartoon“.

The Looney Tunes universe had boundaries as severe as an Acme anvil to the head.

A list of rules for the creators of the Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoons acme_pumpkin_wile_e_coyotehas been circulating online and the instructions explain why every episode was almost exactly the same.

Rules for the show include a restriction on dialogue (save for “Beep-beep!”), setting (“All action must be confined to wile_e_coyotes_9_rulesthe natural environment of the two characters — the Southwest American desert”) and outcomes (“The coyote is always more humiliated than harmed by his failures”). There’s even an instruction on who the real enemy of Wile E. is: “gravity.”

Chiraq – October Surprise

Good Morning, Chiraq!!!  From CBS2, “Chicago Soars Past 600 Homicides After Bloody October“.

With 78 homicides, October was the second deadliest month of 2016, and Chicago surpassed 600 homicides for the first time in more than a decade.

Homicides and non-fatal shootings have skyrocketed in 2016, with 605 homicides and more than 3,600 shooting victims through the end of October.

In October, there were 78 homicides and 427 shooting victims. Only August had more homicides, when 90 people were slain in Chicago. It was the bloodiest month in the city in 20 years.

Now for our Halloween pièce de résistance,  the “Obombie Coin.

The Meltdown of the Obamapocalypse is already happening before our eyes zombie_coin_obombie_zombie_coinand we can place the blame squarely on the Obombies. Obombies lumber mindlessly along just like zombies, deriving their sole satisfaction from their leader’s every utterance. Even outright lies such as “If you like it, you can keep it,” have no effect on them. They roam the landobama_obombie_certificate_of_authenticity anyway, consuming lies and wreaking havoc. They are abominations – call them the ObamaNation – and they must be stopped.
