“Crooked Hillary” Moniker Sticks Like Glue

The “Tricky Dicky” Nixon moniker stuck and was reaffirmed by Nixon’s resignation. My theory is that Hillary Clinton owns the handle “Crooked Hillary” and, who knows, if elected, the result could be deja vu all over again.

Here’s what Glenn Reynolds says in the USA Today’s, “‘Crooked Hillary’ nickname isn’t going away“.

The new FBI information suggests Clinton is either criminal, criminally incompetent or both.

Hillary_NixonDonald Trump likes to call his opponent, Hillary Clinton, “Crooked Hillary.” There’s even a #CrookedHillary hashtag on Twitter. Meanwhile, Hillary seems to be doing her best to make that nickname stick.

When FBI Director James Comey declined to prosecute the former Secretary of State for mishandling classified information, he said that although she was extremely Nixon_Not_A_Crook_Todays_Standardscareless, there was no criminal intent. That was a bit iffy, since the statute governing mishandling of classified information doesn’t require intent. But the new information indicates that Hillary is either criminal, or criminally incompetent. Or maybe both.

Little Lindsay Volunteers

“Little Lindsay” Graham put on his big boy pants and volunteered to take over Donald Trump’s candidacy should “The Donald” decide to bail because of bad polling numbers.

Mr. Trump was heard telling one of his handler’s to send “Little Lindsay” a reminder to zip his fly before opening his mouth.

Are You Talkin’ To Me? About Me? To Me?

From Yahoo News this bit of bizarre, “Donald Trump is ‘totally nuts,’ says Robert de Niro“.  I know.  Mr. de Niro simply portrays a series of crazed, nutbags bent on mayhem.  Quite skillfully portrays, I might add.  And with great insight and sensitivity, tossed in with a measure of menace, too.

SARAJEVO (Reuters) – U.S. actor and producer Robert De Niro said on Saturday that U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump should DeNiro_What_Did_I_Tell_Younot run for president because he was “totally nuts”.

Trump, a billionaire businessman seeking his first public office, has courted controversy with a string of inflammatory statements about his main opponent Hillary Clinton, guns, Mexicans, Muslims and war veterans, among others.

De Niro made the comments to a Sarajevo audience as he presented a digital version of Martin Scorsese’s film “Taxi Driver”, in which he starred, to mark its 40th anniversary.

Am I the only one to note how ironic these comments are coming on the 40th anniversary of “Taxi Driver” in which he was a true wackjob?   Now who’s talkin’ to you, Bob?
